If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchase of your BRELLA SLIPPER, return the item within 3 business days for a full refund.

Keep in mind as with anything you purchase, the life expectancy  depends on how you handle it. Some BRELLA SLIPPER'S take days to create and while they are constructed as sturdy as possible please keep in mind they are hand made.

Upon return the SLIPPER must not be damaged by unfavorable handling of any kind. Please consider the inner lining tube and handle accordingly. If you receive a SLIPPER that has been damaged from shipping, contact us or return it in the original packaging (postmarked within three days) and a refund or alternate item will be returned to you.

Our apologies for any inconvience but

failure to reply with a problem within the three day store rule results in you keeping the item.

PRODUCT IN STOCK WILL BE SHIPPED OUT SAME DAY AS ORDERED.
